Does anyone know how to change the favicon, or appearance in general?

When I was on Bitbucket Server I was able to customize how it looked. Is that possible with Cloud?

No. The only customization you can do is the repo avatar.

Please have a look into the free "Bitbucket Look and Feel Plugin" from Atlassian. There you can change the following: ;-)
