Does bitbucket still support GPG keys?

There is a guide that is not longer valid, manage accounts doesn't exist under my avatar, can anyone shed any light on this?

The feature is available for Bitbucket Server or Data Centre instances. Unfortunately, the feature is not available for Bitbucket Cloud. The feature request is currently being tracked via https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-3166
