My team would like to implement bitbucket and wanted to know if there is a way we can upload .JMP files into a project and view it ?

Hi @Chittaxay_Sounthonevat,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Git can handle any file extensions, but since jmp files are binary files you may want to consider to store those using Git LFS in order to keep the repository size down. Bitbucket is layered on top of Git, so you would be able to use jmp files in a pull request, but Git would not be able to compare versions or do a diff of them.

Hi @Mikael Sandberg

Thank you for the quick response. Can the .JMP files be loaded into a project and can it be viewable within that project ?

Yes and no. The file can be loaded into a project, but you will not be able to view the file content in Bitbucket since it only support showing content from non-binary files (which is the same for the majority of version control systems).
