look like Git 1.2.7 had issue with JIRA 5.0.4 so we install Git 1.2.6 and issue got resolved, Thanks for your help.
It seem you have encountered a known bug in DVCS. If you are using JIRA StandAlone, you can easily fixe it using the workaround on the bug report. Otherwise, just raise a support ticket for us to investigate.

Becuase as per workaround i dont have those table in my database,

Before going forward, can you clarify on the "Git plugin error". I'm suspecting that you may not actually be using the DVCS plugin. Instead I suspect that you are using this "Git Integration Plugin":
