I installed the latest version of Git on my z drive and updated the path to z:\git\bin\git.exe and z:\git\cmd.  Then I installed the server.  When I went to my browser to finish the installation, I received this error ->

A fatal error has occurred

The following problem occurred, which prevents Atlassian Bitbucket from starting:

  • Git was not found on the PATH for Bitbucket. Install Git 1.8.0+, excluding 1.8.4.3, 2.0.2, 2.0.3, and restart Bitbucket.

Current I am stuck and not sure what to do to fix this problem.
