GitHub is being acquired, looking for alternatives

Hi I am a 17 years guy who really likes cyber security and I’m all for Humans Right. I can’t stand cyber surveillance and today with the news of GitHub I have been destroyed. i would like to start setuping a new type of GitHub similar to yours. Could you gimme some info, like how should I start, what are the most important characters and so on... Everything you will say me will be appreciated,

I'd be happy to help you get started with Bitbucket. 

If you want to use bitbucket.org:

1. Sign up for an account 
2. Check out our tutorial for learning Git with Bitbucket Cloud
3. Then you might be interested in our tutorial on pull requests 

If you'd rather host your Git server, we have Bitbucket Server. Here is an easy installation guide, but I recommend reviewing the readme available with the download as well.
