How can I access the container startup logs for pipeline?

We are trying to use a custom docker image that has a database but there is something that is happening in the startup that is making the database not start.

We are unable to debug this as we can not find the container startup log anywhere in the pipeline UI.

The image depends on environment variables(it's built on top of the official postgres docker image), and we are not sure if the environment virables set for the repository are actually passed to the docker container.
