How can I connect Jira server and Bitbucket?

I couldn't find issue key in jira.

Hi! We'll need more info to help you troubleshoot this. 

  1. Are you using Bitbucket Server or Cloud?
  2. Did you follow the steps at Connect Bitbucket Cloud to Jira Server or at Connect Bitbucket Server to Jira Server?
  3. Why can't you connect them?  Were you able to complete the steps above? Did you get stuck? Did you get any error?

Please share as much info as possible, otherwise it won't be possible for the rest of us to understand what's going on.

All we can tell you from that is to go to admin -> application links and add one to connect the two applications.
