How can I remove users from the Workspace?

I'm trying to use the free tier of Bitbucket for a repo.

I tried removing a user from the Workspace Settings > User Directory flow, but it doesn't give me the three dot button options to remove a user I saw in the documentation.

I tried removing a user from the Atlassian Administration page > Manage Users flow, but it only allows me to invite or suspend users, not remove them.

How can I remove a user from a Workspace?

Could you confirm if you're following the steps mentioned in this KB?

If yes, could you check if you're the administrator of your organization?
