How can I upgrade Bitbucket user access from Free plan to Standard plan

Hi,

We are currently using a Standard Plan of Bitbucket. We have a new user who previously uses a Free trial version of Bitbucket.  I have added the user to our user list (e.g., I could see her name in the Setting > Users on plan option.  However, when she logs in to Bitbucket, she still under the Free Plan.

Can someone please help how I could move her access to our Standard Plan?

Hi, Zaldy.

If she is listed on your "Users on Plan" page then she is included in your workspace that is on the Standard plan.

Every user that signs up for Bitbucket is given their own individual workspace that can be used for personal projects or adding other contributors. Each workspace will also have its own plan. By default all workspaces are on Free plan. So if she navigates to her settings on her individual workspace it should show her that she is on a Free plan. That is to be expected.

To navigate to your workspace, the easiest option is to give her the url:

https://bitbucket.org/<workspace id>/

Otherwise, she can click on her avatar in the lower left corner and in that menu she should see a list of all workspaces that she belongs to. She can simply click on the name of your workspace and she will see your repositories.
