I want to get an email notification on every commit performed by different users in my team..

so how can i configure it in my git stash project.

Stash currently doesn't support email notifications on every commit or push. There's an open feature request for this if you'd like to vote on or watch https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-2556 . In the meantime, there are 2 add-ons on Marketplace that might help:
