Go to your profile and on the right side you have Expertise section. Click there and you have there your questions and answers.

Go to the plain list of questions, and look to the right where there are some statistics.  If you click on your name, you'll land on a page showing questions, answers and reputation tabs.  (It works for everyone, you can see everything anyone has been up to)
