How to add state to workflow in basic bitbucket product?

I am evaluating BitBucket to see if it is a fit for our startup.  The Issues tracker in the basic BitBucket product has a Workflow that includes:  New, Open, On Hold, Resolved, Duplicate, Invalid, Wontfix, and Closed.

I'd like to add a state, "Testing". How do I do this?  Can I add a filter so I can see which bugs are in the Testing state, or would I have to go to the advanced search every time?

The workflow for the issue tracker in Bitbucket cannot be changed, if you want to modify the workflow you need to use Jira.
