How to block pull requests merge for a specific branch using Bitbucket Cloud / Bitbucket Server?

I want to block pull requests merge for a specific branch when SonarQube Quality Gate fails.

Please let me know if this feature is available in Bitbucket Cloud / Bitbucket Server.
