I would like to upgrade our current Bitbucket workspace to a paid plan, but I discovered that the account I’m currently using does not have admin privileges for the workspace.

It appears that the workspace admin privileges are assigned to another account, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to or information about that admin account.

Could you please help me identify the current admin(s) of the workspace, or assist me in transferring admin privileges so that I can proceed with the billing upgrade?

Hi @bizdev

Welcome to the community.

I can see that the email you used here in Community is the same primary email for the workspace. Hence, you should be able to upgrade your plan by logging in to Bitbucket.org using that email.

You can follow the steps below:

  • Login to https://bitbucket.org/ using your current email
  • Go to your workspace
  • Click the settings icon on the top right
  • Click Workspace settings
  • Click Plan details
  • Click Change plan

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Mark C

@bizdev  Welcome to the community.

To know more about the billing and technical contacts for your workspace either you can log in and check https://my.atlassian.com/ site or you can drop a mail to sales-ops-support@atlassian.com.
