I am trying to retrieve a client called Jasmin Cameron and the system will only retrieve a John Cameron. How do I fix this?

See how smart the Atlassian software is? Who needs John, when you have Jasmin? I think you should stick to that ... the system knows what's the best for you.

Or maybe John got through a gender change, and it is now called Jasmin ?!?...

You'll have to be more specific about where you're looking for this User - what page are you viewing? Where are your users being populated from (e.g., LDAP)? In case this is a bug or a problem with your configuration, you may also be better helped by our Support Engineers at support.atlassian.com
