The problem was happening when my educational email was deleted, i can login but i can't pass the 2FA. Is there any way to approach the human customer service because i have proof like the email still intact to my smart phone even i can't reload the new messages. I need it because there are 2 important projects on it. I knew i made mistake by not making private email for atlassian account.

The only way we can change an account's email address is if this Bitbucket account has a confirmed email alias:
In this case, if a user reaches out using either the primary email of their Bitbucket account or using the confirmed email alias, we can switch the primary email to be the alias one.
There is already a Bitbucket account with the email address you used to make this post, so that email is not an alias to another account.
If your Bitbucket account with the education email had an Email alias, you can log in to https://community.atlassian.com/ with the email alias, and I will check. Otherwise, you will need to be able to receive emails to your university email, so you can pass the 2FA.

Hello thanks for your help, anyway i have solved my problem. I asked the university to reactive my email so i can pass 2fa.
