I'm stuck on the Bitbucket 2FA screen. I don't have the Bitbucket-specific 2FA code in my app (only the Atlassian ID one), and I don't have the recovery codes. I can't disable or reconfigure 2FA without logging in. How do I regain access?

Since you don’t have the Bitbucket-specific 2FA code or recovery codes, your best option is to contact Atlassian Support, probably.

I can see you have 2 layers of 2FA configured against your account - one at the Atlassian Account layer, and one at the Bitbucket Cloud layer.
This article will help you identify which layer is blocking you and provide instructions for unblocking it. Unfortunately, there are mandatory waiting periods that apply and these are security measures that can't be bypassed:
