I couldn't access Bitbucket.org (bitbucket.org server ip address could not be found)

Hi Guys,

Me including 3 of my teammates couldn't access Bitbucket.org from browser as well as from the command line. We couldn't pull/push any repository or access it.

When i tried

nslookup bitbucket.org

It got this response

nslookup bitbucket.org
Server: 127.0.0.53
Address: 127.0.0.53#53

** server can't find bitbucket.org: SERVFAIL

Thank you for contacting Atlassian Support and to report this issue to us. My name is Norbert and I'm from Atlassian Bitbucket Cloud Support

We would like to confirm, that we've received a several complaints from users based in India, having issues resolving the bitbucket.org DNS record.

Based on our observation your ISP's DNS provider is not able to lookup the IP records associated with bitbucket.org DNS record.

As a workaround, can you try to use Google's DNS provider and than flush the DNS cache in your system?

DNS server: 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4
Command to flush the DNS: ipconfig /flushdns
How to change the DNS settings: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Please let us know how it goes.
