Hello community.
For some time now, I haven't received any invitations to partner projects on Bitbucket. The invitations are sent, but they don't arrive in my mailbox, not even in spam. I use Gmail, from Google Workspace.
I searched for other cases here in the community and the advice is to check the “Product invitations” option in the “Email and Privacy Preferences”, this option is checked, but I still don't receive the emails.
Can you help me?
I found the problem.
It was actually a filter in my Gmail inbox.

It seems like you might have recently updated the Email preferences on your account.
If yes, please note that subscribing to invitations or changes to Email preferences will not trigger the email to come through that were triggered prior to the changes to the Email preference settings.
To trigger a new invitation, could you please check the steps below :

1. Do you receive any other alerts email from Bitbucket application?
2. Check if emails from Atlassian (the address used for Bitbucket invites) can be Quarantined or blocked by your domain's security rules.
3. o to your Atlassian account profile (https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email) and verify if by mistake unsubscribe all is selected?
You can refer the steps on Manage your email and notification preferences
4. If still the issues is not resolved then you can raise a Bitbucket Cloud support request via Atlassian Support
