Hi @bilbo72 , welcome to the Community!

You have found an edge case in the old pull request experience. The issue is caused by the filename which is a number. I have filed a bug for this issue.

The good news is that this bug is fixed in the new pull request experience. I recommend turning on the new pull request experience as a workaround.
