I'm admin on a free plan workspace but cant add users.
we have now 4 users but cant add or remove existing thx.

Hi Daniel and welcome to the community!

I can see in our system that your user is an admin of several Free workspaces. One of them is over the plan limit, which means that no new users can be added. The other ones are not. I also see that some of your workspaces have user administration in https://bitbucket.org/ while others have user administration in https://admin.atlassian.com/, and users are added and removed in a different way depending on where user administration is.

Could you please let me know the following so I can better help you?

  1. The last letter of the name of Free workspace you have issues with.
  2. If you go this workspace's settings and then > Plan details, how many users are listed there now?
  3. Can you please provide the exact steps you follow to add another user (which page you are at, what options you select, etc) and what kind of error you see in the end?
