I want to update Stash to the latest version, which is now BitBucket.

I want to update Stash to the latest version, which is now BitBucket. I want to know if I can use the regular download or do I have to have a licensed version of the download. My serverID is B78X-Q23S-OJIG-LBK4 and SEN is SEN-5296107.
