Inquiry About Missing Files from Downloads Page for mecab-ko-dic Repository

Dear Bitbucket Support Team,

My name is Yong-woon Lee, and I maintain the mecab-ko-dic project on Bitbucket.org.

I have been using the Downloads page to upload and distribute files for this project. However, I recently discovered that all previously uploaded files have disappeared. I’m wondering if there has been a change in Bitbucket’s hosting or file management policy that might explain this.

I would also like to mention that I did not receive any prior notice or email regarding the removal or migration of these files.

Would it be possible to retrieve a backup of the files I had uploaded? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know the process to request and obtain them.

If your workspace is on a Free plan, new limits will be enforced on May 29, 2025. For more details, please refer to the Blog.

Having said that, if you would like to continue benefiting from the features and have increased storage limits, please consider the following options:

1. Upgrade to a paid plan (Standard/Premium)

2. Upgrade to a paid plan and utilise our 30-day trial period to restore functionality and provide more time to reduce your repository directly without deletion. You can choose to continue or cease your trial before the end of the 30-day period.

3. If the above isn't a feasible option for you at this time, please don't hesitate to let us know. We are here to help and discuss this further.
