We are trying to Integrate the TFS instance on Online Visual Studio with Stash. The same scenario works for BitBucket however it fails for our stash. We need your guidance on opening up our stash for such a scenario. What would be the settings that we need to change on the Stash server?

Sounds like the host, stash.logo.com, isn't defined defined in your external DNS. Next, you should be enabling your Stash instance for HTTPS protocol so the traffic is encrypted, then port 443 punched through whatever firewalls are in place. If you can't access the site over the internet (using a phone/tablet for example), the VS Online will not be able to see it either.
