Is anyone else seeing this annoying dialog about pipeline build minutes?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Here's what happened today:
- I was on the free plan.
- I saw the growl message about my build minutes expiring for the period.
- I upgraded my plan to standard.
- All day I've been seeing the growl message.
This is incredibly annoying. Has anyone else seen this?

No, but I'm seeing this other notice
It comes up with every time a open any page on bitbucket. I haven't found how to discard it, or acknowledge it
