Is the Git LFS limit per repo, or for all repos?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Storage policy for Git LFS Beta with Bitbucket

We have a many repos we would like to move to BitBucket. We would like to go for the 25 User plan, but 12,5 GB will probably not be enough if that 12,5 GB is for all our repos. So are the limits per repo - or for all repos?
