This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Enable a Wiki
I cannot find a Wiki Settings option on the Repository settings page.
Unfortunately confluence isn't a suitable solution as a "per repository wiki".
We want to be able to document the design our software and have that documentation live alongside the source code. We're looking for the ability to use a plan text solution such as markdown and a diagramming tool like plantuml and for some projects produce user documentation from the plain text source.
I don't think a "wiki" should be excluded from Bitbucket Server on the basis that it competes with Confluence.
Most organizations use Bitbucket Server in conjunction with Confluence
