I have always had the application link between Jira Cloud and my Bitbucket server set up without any issues. About a month ago, I lost the development tab on my Jira tickets. When looking at the connection, it shows they are connected, but it shows all the capabilities as "unsupported". From what it is saying, it says Bitbucket needs upgraded, but it is at the latest version. Atlassian support has not been supportive at all. Has anyone seen this issue?

A few IP addresses have been recently updated in the Cloud apps.
Can you please have a look at the Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains and check if the new IP addresses have been added to your whitelist?
