Missing account

Hi guys

I just went to the web view for bitbucket, and the username displayed isn't mine... and weirder, neither of my two atlassian logins show that I've got access to bitbucket.

I can still push changes to the repositories using my ssh key, but I've got no access to the web site.

You said you have no access to the website, and that the information you see on your screen is not yours. Can you send us a screenshot and show us the URL you're seeing?

After that, open a new incognito window in your browser, visit https://bitbucket.org/ and enter your credentials. Can you access? Can you see your account? If you're still having difficulties, please send us another screenshot of what you see in this case, and let us know your username so we can investigate this for you.
