Missing workspace invite email

Workspace admin of inviting workspace has sent invites multiple times, but no email arrived in my email inbox.

Welcome to the community!

I believe you have opted out of email notifications from Atlassian, including invitation emails. This is why you are not receiving invitation emails.

To start receiving these invitation emails, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Atlassian account’s email preference center.
  2. Ensure that the "Product invitations" option is checked.

Once you have updated your preferences, please ask the workspace admin to cancel the existing invitation and send a new one. This should trigger the invitation email correctly.

Hi Nikola,

thank you for the link. I've search the community before and found various equal questions.

I came from the support link you posted, but there are only two ways to go from there:

- "Explore Community" (well, that's here)

- "View Documentation"

No direct contact to an atlassian tech member, unfortunately.

I see, you can try signing for premium trial which gives you the option for creating a support ticket, or someone from Atlassian will reach out through this post.
