Hi, my repo is over 1GB, and I'm trying to remove unneeded files to reduce its size, but any commits or reverts or resets are not going through because it's over 1GB. I was reading another post from another user with the same issue and it said that I would need to contact support to temporarily increase its size so I can do those commits, but when I try to contact support, the moment I enter my repo url, it only provides two options, to see documentation or to contact the community.
Hello @Johnny Li ,
and welcome to the Community!
To address the issue with pushing your changes, you have a couple of options. One option is to take advantage of our 30-day trial by temporarily upgrading your plan. This will enable your workspace to accept new pushes. Once you have successfully pushed your changes and reduced the repository size, you can choose whether to cancel the trial or continue with a paid plan.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to upgrade, you can delete the existing repository that is over the quota and push your locally cleaned-up version to a new repository. It's important to note that this new repository will not retain metadata from the original, such as pull request history, pipeline runs, and repository configurations/permissions.
If you need further assistance with either option, please let us know.
Thank you, @Johnny Li !
