I am trying to invite my team for project collaboration, even though it says email was sent and shows 'Invitation Sent', they have not received an email from Bitbucket. Can you please assist?
1. You should ask your team if the email is in the junk or spam folder.
2. If the email ends up in one of the folders in item 1, they should move the email to the inbox so they can access the invitation email.
3. Now just click to accept the invitation.
Note: It is important to send the invitation using the Invite people option in the People menu.
Your team workspace is on the Free-plan which is limited to a maximum of 5 users. If you send invitations out to further team members - these will not be successful until you upgrade to a paid plan:

Thank you, Ben, and Rogerio. The group email ID was not working. Instead, I created a user group and added the members to that group. The invite email was sent successfully, however due to the 5-member limit they cannot access the repo. Is this limit for read-only access too?

Hi @Shraddha Shinde ,
I'm sorry for a delay.
Yes, this is a user limit for Bitbucket. Therefore, you can work with up to 5 users.
If you need to work with more users, you need to contract the pay to plan.
You could try to create a group email and you are using this e-mail sharing with some users.
