Não consigo trocar meu e-mail da conta

Bom dia, tenho uma conta que é a contato@psdagenciadigital.com, porém esse domínio já foi desativado e ao tentar trocar meu e-mail não dá mensagem alguma, já tentei várias vezes, e preciso liberar ip para o whitelist.
