Need to Install Bitbucket Data Center as a container with non root user

How can we install Bitbucket as non root user as a container without using Security Context, which is going to get deployed in openshift (RHEL)?

We are not suppose to use any statefulsets as well as init containers, which will do any prior setup for bitbucket!
