New pull request experience diff missing rename

If you rename file and add tiny changes in branch and old PR diff view it is recognised correctly and shown as `renamed` plus changes.

In new PR view this is broken - it is shown as old file removed and new one added!

Even `git status` has this capability!

I can totally appreciate how annoying that is. A bug connected to some backend improvements we made required us to roll it out back while we fix the guts of our git operations. We're hoping to have this fixed in the coming weeks (barring any surprises!)
