I want to change my email, but the new email address is not receiving the verification mails send to my new address.
It is also not in the spam folder

For account-related issues, you can create a ticket via this link:
In "How can we help you?" select "My account" and in "Choose a topic" select "Update account details". Then, select "Need more help?" and provide a description of the issue. Please provide the new email address you want to use and ask if it is on our suppression list, as you don't receive any emails. The support ticket will be visible only to you and Atlassian staff, so anything you post there won't be publicly visible.

Hey Lars, it looks like your email address might have been added to the suppression list. Please raise a support request by going through the link below, and one of the engineers will help you fix the issue.

That redirects me back to the community. After following your link I choose "raise a support ticket" and then the option "technical issues and bugs". After adding some details it redirects me back to the community or documentation.
Any other suggestions? Or am I missing some crucial step here?
