No sidebar in my project. How can I add users?

The documentation here:

For adding a user refers to options in the left sidebar. I don't see a left sidebar.

On the assumption that this may be the "global sidebar", I have tried the following to restore it based on community messages for the disappearance of the global sidebar:

• Clearing cache and cookies
• refreshing page
• Firefox and Chrome, and private/incognito windows of each
• Logout and back in

I have no extensions that seem to me like they may interfere with a sidebar, but I don't see a way to prove that an extension does not interfere

Any clues welcome to restore the sidebar, or to grant project (and thereafter, repo) membership through other means, are welcome. Thanks

I forgot to mention one more thing I tried - hovering mouse over various parts of the left edge of my browser window hoping for a hidden re-opener.

I see - you need to click on the project, CrestonModules to go to the screen where the left side bar will appear.

Thanks! That did not work before the cache clearing; it does now. Might have taken me days to think of that on my own,
