Non admin people can still deploy the app to production

Hi,

I subscribed for the premium version and non-admin people with write access still can deploy the app to production. I used the toggle and enforce the environment to just give the access to admin, but it does not work.

It was a bug and the bitbucket team is working on it to fix the issue.
