Not able to give access to individual private repositories any more

Not sure if the UI at bitbicket has changed in terms of managing access to private repositories but recently we upgraded from free to paid plan on bitbucket and also purchased Jira but now we are not able to provide access to the private repository. 

We used to have the following ways available in BitBucket until last week but not anymore.

This is "urgent" so please help.
