Not receiving Workspace invitation

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I am supposed to receive an invite to an external workspace of a potential new co-worker, but I have not received anything, even though he did see the confirmation.

Another colleague of mine did receive the invitation. 

Please advise

Welcome to the community.

I could see that the invitation email was sent to you successfully.

Could you check if you're subscribing to Atlassian emails "Product invitation"?

You can follow the steps to check that:

  1. Access the link https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email
  2. Click on "email preferences center."
  3. Scroll down until you find "Product Invitations"
  4. Check/enable it incase it is not enabled

Once done, kindly ask the administrator again to re-invite you.
