We've been reorganising some staff accounts and noticed we don't receive email invites to geniusdivision.com email addresses.
Could someone please check if there's some sort of block on there?

I checked our internal logs, however, I didn't bounced or blockage against your email domain. I could see that emails are successfully delivered.
Could you try re-sending the invitation and see how it goes?

Welcome to the community. As most of us are users here, like you, we don't have access to Atlassian's backend to investigate this.
You should raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to get the fastest help. If you need any help or get stuck in that support ticket creation, I can ask for someone from Atlassian Support to look at this thread - but that can take a couple working days and they still would create a support ticket just like you could/would. :)
