I am not receiving invites for our old Bitbucket cloud account. I am able to receive these to my personal email, not my professional (work) email address.

We observe that the Invitation emails are delivered successfully to your organisation's Mail server.
I understand that you have reviewed the mail box throughly for the invitation email and have still not received the same...
However, I request you follow the below steps to receive Emails from BitBucket:
