I am attempting to change my main email on the account, but unable to do so because the verification emails are not getting through.
I am attempting to change my account email from <redacted> to <redacted>
Please help.

Have you checked your spam or other folder in your mailbox? I can see that there was no issue sending emails from our end. Perhaps the emails were redirected there, so I highly suggest you check them.
