I am attempting to establish a new organization account for my company, formatted similarly to bitbucket-admin@org-name.com. The purpose of this account is to ensure it is not tied to an individual user, allowing oversight by the current administrator responsible for managing our account.
Despite multiple attempts over several days, I have not received the 6-digit verification code required to complete the account creation process. I have confirmed that other email accounts within and outside my organization can receive emails without issue. Additionally, I have checked spam folders and verified that no emails from Atlassian or Bitbucket are being blocked. Unfortunately, no communication from your services has been received.
I find it challenging that Atlassian requires a paid account to access support, as I am actively trying to create a new account and associate a payment method with it. Any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
