PR merge rules for Jira Cloud / Bitbucket Cloud

Is it possible to forbid merge PR if it didnt get target count of approvals?

For Bitbucket Cloud, you can do this on the "branch permissions" tab in the repo admin panel.

You can control the merge-ability by adding required reviewers for a repository - then add a merge check to your repository configuration.

If you want more fine-grained control over who reviews pull requests and when and how a pull request is merged you may try out the Workzone for Bitbucket add-on.

sorry forget to mention - I am searching for Cloud solution. Plugin is only for Server Jira and I cant find PR settings in Cloud versions
