We recently attempted to upgrade our Bitbucket plan from Free to Standard, and while the payment was successfully deducted from our account, the plan has not been upgraded on Bitbucket. As a result, we are still unable to push our code repositories.
Could you please look into this issue urgently and confirm the status of our plan upgrade? If needed, I can share the payment transaction details for your reference.
Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this is currently blocking our development workflow.
