I have purchased bitbucket for 5 users/ Premium.
- Created 1 team with 5 users except owner account.
- my issue is only owner has access to use build minutes, for all other users it is displaying default 50 minutes.

Hi Anish!
Have you purchased Premium for the Team or for your own account? I've checked your account and a Team you belong to, and they're both on the Free plan. What's the name of the team so we can have a look?
Also keep in mind that Premium has to be paid per user, as you can see at Bitbucket Cloud pricing.

My client has purchased account and i am a part of team, and repository is created by me in my account.
If i shared my team name here it will be public?

Hi Anish,
The minutes are associated to the user and not to the repo, so only the user that has the Premium will be able to benefit from the minutes.
If you have a Premium account and you become part of a team, that doesn't mean the team becomes Premium. If they want Premium features they'll need to become Premium too. Does this make sense?
Regarding your last question, if you share your team name here it will be public. Please don't share it if you want it to remain private.
Let us know if you have any further questions!
