PostgreSQL has been deprecated, and it was Localhost , How to upgrade PostgreSQL ?

Hello Team, 

After Bitbucket version upgrade to 9.4.2, Database giving error. 
"Support for PostgreSQL 13.14.0 has been deprecated and will be removed in an upcoming release. You should migrate to a supported database."

and database is on Localhost, how to update my PostgreSQL version to supported ??
Any documents we have ?? can we do on OS level version upgrade ?

Hi Venkat,

PostgreSQL versions 13-14 are deprecated in Bitbucket 9.4, and while they still work with the current latest release, Bitbucket 9.6, support for these versions may be removed in future updates. Therefore, it is advisable to upgrade to one of the latest supported PostgreSQL versions. You don't need to upgrade your operating system just to update the database. For guidance on upgrading PostgreSQL, we suggest consulting the vendor's documentation or contacting your DBA team for assistance.

Please note that we do not have documentation on database upgrades, as PostgreSQL and other databases are third-party products.
