After upgrade, "disabled apps" alert remains after enabling them

I did an upgrade from 5.16.0 to 6.6.1. During the upgrade process the user-installed app for Slack notifications https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213042/slack-notifications-plugin?hosting=server&tab=overview was deactivated.

When I started up the upgraded installation, I got the alert message "User-installed apps were disabled during the major version upgrade of Bitbucket Server".

Now, although the app is enabled, the alert message remains.

I checked my app's version (2.1.0) which claims to support Bitbucket up to 6.7.1, so I also do not see a problem here.

How can I get rid of the alert? -- Or is there still a problem with the installation?

I just solved the problem by

• stop bitbucket
• clear the plugin cache, did the bitbucket analogy to https://answers.seibert-media.com/t/how-to-delete-clear-the-plugins-cache-in-jira-server/54
• start bitbucket
